Re: Grip Weeds and Anderson Council, and it's LATE and MORE COUNCILGIGS in NJ!
Thanks for the kind review of our show @ the Court Tavern.
"nerdy lumberjacks"?? *snickers* I'll be sure to pass that one on to the
guys. Sure a little paisley wouldn't kill us... but I'm not a big fan of
wearing paisley. Maybe I'll find a Civil Defense helmet and an ostrich
feather. :) it was our hometown bar - and we were comfortable. :)
The Gripweeds and Buzzed Meg were AWESOME!!!!!
OMG - The covers you didn't mention "She Said" - Buzzed Meg - And don't
forget the "Circles/Shakin all over" jam session w/ Rick Reil on drums,
Kurt up front, and Jim Babjak on guitar w/ Kristen.
THAT ROCKED!
I can't wait till we play w/ Buzzed Meg this Friday nite (12/7) at
Maxwell's as part of the IPO festival.

We're going on at 9PM sharp - David Bash runs TIGHT schedules at these IPO
events. So if he says 9 - we're on at 9pm. Hope to see a few Bomp listers
there!
On Saturday 12/8 we're playing a house party @ the Cropduster house in
Hackensack.
Please email me for directions if your interested.
OH - Saturday 12/15 - There's a GREAT FREE SHOW at the Waiting Room in
Rahway, NJ - The Anderson Council, The Unidentified, and The Fletcher
Pratt. No cover - great food and beer - bands from 10pm-3am.
I'll post more info on that next week.
And then Ira Rosen's house on Sunday 12/16 in Highland Park NJ. Sunday
afternoon gig. Should be a blast.
For gig info on the Anderson Council - be sure to check

-Rob
PS - The new Grip Weeds CD is awesome - as is the Buzzed Meg CD.
HIGHLY recommend both!!!
