"Hold On To My Love"-Jimmy Ruffin (once-great Motown soulman gone to pot, 
jumping on the disco bandwagon---at least he got a hit out of it)

No sense in explaining any further, the titles are enough. And as horrible as 
they are, I love all six of 'em.

And yes, I'm having more fun reading (and contributing to) this thread than I 
am scanning the umpteenth debate of the authenticity of the Strokes and the 
White Stripes.
