By First Concert, would that include one that your parents dragged you to as 
a young 'un or one  you attended by yourself?  If the former it would be a 
Sister Sledge/Lou Rawls show that we attended during a family vacation in 
Lake Tahoe (?), the latter would be a Bad Brains/DRI/Afflicted/Rhythm Pigs 
show at the Farm in '86.  Bad Brains blew everyone away of course.  Ah, I 
miss that place (and kinda miss the era, though I don't miss the skinheads 
one bit).
Actually that gives me an idea for a new thread: most grievous injury 
acquired at a show (yes you can include ODs and drunken binges).  Mine was 
attending a DRI show at the late great Mab (alas in the post-Dirk era) right 
around the time of their "Crossover" album and getting creamed in the back of 
my head with what was probably a skateboard!  (DRI was throwing out free "DRI 
skateboards" into the crowd, apparently unaware or too stupid to realize said 
boards could also be utilized as lethal weapons by the skinheads in the 
audience).  -DavidH
