Yes, but the package is up front about the missing bits on those two tracks. 
That's why they put the mono versions of those two songs at the end of the 
set. 

Other oddities I've noticed that the set does *not* mention:

Missing the second vocal track of 'The Kids Are Alright' and 'La La La Lies' 
(especially noticable on the latter, because in Mono the doubled vocals 
covered up that "wipe" that's painfully audible at 1:16 in the stereo version)

Missing the doubled vocals on the title line of 'Much Too Much'.

The backing vocals on 'Daddy Rolling Stone' are different from those on the 
original record

Previously unheard bass and drums on the end of 'A Legal Matter.'
