Yes I would, very much so.  When you think about the fact that about 97% (at
least) of all musical artists never even have a one-shot wonder, I think
they definitely fit into the succesful category.  Success does not have to
be enduring to be what it is.  I once read somewhere that 95% of all albums
released sell under 5,000 copies, so it's all relative.  I'd rather be a
one-hit wonder trivia answer than never have had my music heard by a broader
range of people.
