Their music is twaddle, the Dave Matthews Band through Marshall stacks, 
unappealing, hookless glottal dreck.

Eddie Vedder may be a righteous guy, but he and his band wouldn't know a 
decent song if it bit them on the ass--fact is, they're hippie dullards 
without the Haight or acid as an excuse.

You might make the case that the lick from "Alive" plus the melody of "One" 
plus "Evenflow"s groove would make one hell of a track--too bad they're 
spread out over three.

Seen them twice, once as a favor to their publicist, once at Lolla2. Bored 
senseless both times. Their cover of "Sonic Reducer" was the set's highpoint 
and I may have seen (and been in) a half dozen pickup garage bands that do 
that song better.
