[bomp] duplicate messages

Sorry folks -- I was having intermittent problems with my Yahoo email 
account at work earlier today, and I see now that some messages that didn't 
look like they were sent the first time actually *were* sent.  But since I 
didn't get the usual 'your message has been sent' confirmation I sent those 
messages again, causing them to show up on the list twice.  My apologies -- 
blame me, not the message writers, for the extra copies.
