	Rob Zombie (nee Cummings) went to my art school and I remember
he had a 
	serious Culture Club phase where he'd be blasting "Karma
Chameleon" etc. in 
	his dorm room constantly, driving his suite mates (hardcore
fanatics from 
	D.C.) crazy. He was growing his dreads at that point but wore
farmer's 
	overalls and hadn't made the transformation into the Zombie
character yet. I 
	thought his interest was ironic but actually he was serious. I
could never 
	stomach the band, myself.

	Reminds me of Fuzz or Andy Du Pre guitarist of the band
Silverfish being a major fan of Duran Duran (as well as Killing Jokeas I
recall)
