If you want a real honest answer, it's no, there aren't any.

There's a place in Arlington - a Northern Virginia suburb (Orpheus Records) 
which is quite expensive.

There's a place in Rockville Maryland (Joe's Record Paradise) which is okay.

There's a small store in Old Town Arlington (don't remember the name).
