No way Hose....

American mod meant Carnaby Gear. The Sunset Strip look was great, but it had
nothing to do with the GREAT London mod movement of the early 60s.
American's took the word MOD to mean fashionable... but it had nothing to do
with the aesthetics of the LONDON mod scene (proper) and was used completely
out of context. I love the US stuff. But there's no way to contest that
ENGLAND IS/WAS BEST :)

Right... back to Shindig land where I belong....
