oh man. i was so sorry to hear about this, i didn't even know carl was sick. 

the move is one of my all-time favorite bands - and when i say the move, i mean
the old-school ORIGINAL move - roy, trevor, bev, ace, and carl. anybody who
thinks carl was a wimpy lounge-cabaret guy should check out the move's
excellent BBC sessions - carl vocals on "too much of anything" and "stop & get
a hold of myself" are just amazing. he was great, great singer & this is
another real loss. very sad.
