MJ: As quiet as it was kept, there WAS a Fat Albert & the Cosby Kids soundtrack. On Paramount Records, ca. '73. And it DID include "Hospital."
And yes, Cosby looks like he's been through some deep shit. At that college commencement you speak of, he was wearing shades and looked like he was auditioning for the Five Blind Boys of Alabama.
