If that's the one from where the title of your (and this) post comes (I didn't see the Ken Burns doc), then yes, that's the one I meant too...where he goes down a list of comparisons between the two sports...first citing a football factor in an exaggerated tough assertive voice: 

"In baseball you wear a helmet!" 

...and then giving the baseball equivalent in an equally exaggerated wimpy voice: 

"In baseball...you wear a cap."
