Some suits are just nuisances for PR. I once tried to convince the Raunh Hands to sue Spin over the 45 spindle symbol as a way to get some press but they didn't go for it. RH was using it on their bass drum head well before Spin used it to end their articles.

Isn't it funny (or not) how some groups/artists get sued
for songwriting royalties (like the Verve being sued for
using a snippet of an orchestral version of a Rolling Stones
song, or Chuck Berry suing the Beatles for using a line
he'd written in their own "Come Together", etc. etc.)
and other groups/artists don't get sued?? Strange.
