Sued?? For quoting two lines of lyric and mentioning where they came from??

Maybe someone should sue the Jam for "Start"...

I always thought Start was a nod to Syd Barrett, according to the Jam's liner 
notes. BTW, what is the guitar effects on It's Only Love and Wait by the 
Beatles. I say Wait uses the volume knob.
