[bomp] Pressing Plants and Mastering

Does anyone have any thoughts on a good pressing plant for 45s? Originally
being from Nashville, I have always used United but they've turned into
absolute Nazis in regard to their rules. They won't press it with a public
domain song (I even have a letter from the Harry Fox Agency stating it's
public domain) and they say that our originals are covers because they
apparently sound too much like other songs (it's 3 chord rock n roll for
fuck's sake!). They also won't print our labels because they are a knockoff
of a "recognizable" label. United's vinyl also is shit- cheap, but shitty. I
can't deal with these assholes and their restrictions any longer. If there
are any places in Canada that would be ideal. I just want to know of places
that people have had experience with- I can't afford to experiment.

Any suggestions for mastering? I used to do it myself but I no longer have
access to the equipment.
