Agreed.....a train wreck of a movie.  I saw it on DVD and watch the deleted scenes and when you see the amount of editing that took place you know it was more than just a face lift.  

So over the top I expected John Waters to pop out somewhere?  And about as plausible as the "Krofts Supershow".  How many recent remakes have been train wrecks?

Planet Of The Apes (not a complete disaster)
Dawn of the Dead (Zombies do not do the 100 yard dash in under 10)
Flight of the Phoenix
Time Machine (When did the Morlocks get a boss?)
Roller Ball (why did this go straight to video)

What's next....Bullet?  Forbidden Planet?
