[bomp] Tar & Cement
The version of "Tar & Cement" that I know is the American hit version that
Joey B. just referred to...by a female vocalist named Verdelle Smith. The only
similarity I see between this song and "Concrete & Clay" is in the
titles..."T&C," if I remember correctly, is a ballad where the singer goes back to her
childhood neighborhood (or something like that).
