Granted, but you're being pretty nasty to today's teens, aren't you?
I mean, this is a different age, which means different problems. Our
*world* has problems nobody ever would've dreamed of in the 30s and 40s.
That affects the kids, too. Sure, they've got more material stuff, but a
good portion of that often seems like compensation for the lack of a
relatoinship. I teach high school (and some junior high.) Things have
changed just since I was in their place some 20-25 years ago. And those
changes are not for the better.
