Re: [bomp] early Alice Cooper, too

Not only did I get nostalgic for the '60s around 1969, I noticed that around 1988 I spun a lot of '70s, Dictators, Dolls, Stooges, Cooper, Ramones, Patti.
I started missing the (good) '80s bands in the '90s [thank God for the Hoodoo Gurus & Lyres!]. In the '90s I found a lot of used CDs in junkstores I ended up liking: Material Issue, Teenage Fanclub, the Posies.

The Residenst --who I hate--said something like in order to bring something back, you have to have forgetten about it in the first place.

yeah...the 70's had the 50's thing going strong....hell chuck berry and jerry

The concert movie LET THE GOOD TIMES ROLL is actually pretty great, I believe
it has all these guys?

Too bad the whole SWEET TORONTO is not available as one film... John Lennon
had a pretty good '50s lineup for that show, and the Jerry Lee Lewis set is
incredible from that.
