ZZ en de Maskers, Sly Stone "Seventh Son", and a bunch of funny cover
records I picked up in the Netherlands, France and Germany.  One of the
best of the batch is  a German release on Bellaphon International called
English Top Hits Vol. 2.  Includes a nice cover version of "Sorry Suzanne"
by the Layabouts(?).

One of my pasttimes here in Europe is to pick up cover comps up at flea
markets. Some are better than others (okay, most are pretty bad) but the
accents and incorrect lyrics of 60s Dutch, French, and German no-name
bands are charming and fun.
