Hi Tim!
"I shall walk" is the best song I've heard by Tom Dae (but haven't heard 
more than a couple more -- the others were more on a "crooner"/balad 
style, if I remember correctly). I've seen this single on Ebay a few 
times and I think the final price was in the range of $20-35, so I 
wasn't able to get it. But at least "I shall walk" has been compiled on 
the Exploiting Plastic Inevitable, Lethal Dose of Hard Psych, and Shadows 
Falling compilations...Hope this helps. I had read more about Tom Dae's 
history but I can't remember the specifics...
