Hey,

Linda's list of 70's hard rockers is very much like mine (gotta add UFO and
April Wine) and like her and MJ, I still dig listening to some of that stuff
(particularly BOC). But like others, I feel no great need to get most of it
on CD....the occasional turntable spin is just fine.

Gotta agree on the relative blandness of Stevie Ray, Robert Cray and the
like as well, but I still prefer it to most of the commercial music (ie.
non-Bomp-worthy) out there today.

Young Grey Squirrel.

I was a fan of April Wine since I heard Could Have Been A Lady on K-Tel's 22
Explosive Hits.
That, Layla and Hot Butter's Popcorn on the same album back in 1972! K Tel
was a big influence on me later on down the line as I bought the unedited
versions on the albums that the songs were pulled from.

UFO was a long time fave. Still is.
