[bomp] Till Death Do Us Part / All in the Family
Good Morning!
I forgot to mention this last night. In the 1960s, there was a TV show on
the BBC called "Till Death Do Us Part." It was about an uneducated racist
dockworker in London who was married to a sweet nature somewhat submissive hour
wife. They had a sarcastic daughter and a socialist son in law. It was the
TV show that was the inspiration for Norman Lear's 1970s TV series "All in
the Family." Anyway, I ordered "Till Death Do Us Part" last night. Soon, I
will own the first season of 1966 plus the 1965 pilot episode. More to come...
Cheers,
Melvin Little

television shows."
