They did okay with non-rock acts. There are a couple of pop-oriented
(non-schmaltzy) Perry Como singles from circa '65 or so that are rather neat. The
only one I can remember right now is "You're following me", which has a pretty
exuberant vocal for Mr. C.
didn't they produce the Stylistics' "You'll Never Get To Heaven If You Break My Heart"?that's a particular fave as far as 70s lounge soul (written by Bacharach/David) goes for me.......
