I just treated myself to some out-of-town record-shopping in Ottawa and
Pointe-Claire, where I picked up a CD ( Terry Reid's Silver White Light,
live in 1970), a book (Lillian Roxon's Rock Encyclopedia from 1971), and a
few LPs:

- Henry Gross / s-t (A&M 1973)    love this guy
- Danny Kirwan / Hello There Big Boy (DJM 1979)    not as good as his first
two but still solid
- David Wiffen / s-t (Phonodisc 1971)    really love this guy, ex 3's A

awesome South-East Asian seventies band of the same name

- Richie Havens / Stonehenge (Stormy Forest 1969)    the first release on
his label, with a great version of I Started A Joke
- Fox / s-t (Ariola 1975)
- David Werner / s-t (Epic 1979)
- Willis Alan Ramsey / s-t (Shelter 1972)    great sort of Texas
country-folk cult LP
- Rick Nelson / Rudy The Fifth (Decca 1971)    solid stuff
- Don Cooper / s-t (Roulette 1969)    now I see what the Don Cooper buzz is
about
- Goblin / Roller (Attic 1976)    those Dario Argento collaborators
- Peter Sarstedt / As Though It Were A Movie (World Pacific 1969)    his
second LP
- Steppenwolf / 7 (MCA 1970)
- Spooky Tooth / Witness (Island 1973)
- Matthews Southern Comfort / Later That Same Year (Decca 1971)
