For the birthday celebrations of a wealthy eccentric, I have been entrusted
with the responsibility of finding a bubblegum ensemble, or more precisely,
a band that "plays teenage detective music." By this, I believe my client
refers to that distinctly TV-tinny circa 1972 "Scooby-Doo" chase scene
sound.
Appropriate hair and attire essential. The gig is at a spooky amusement park
in Southern California in mid-June. If interested, please respond directly
to me, letting me know about your band and its repertoire. JPGs and an MP3
or two welcome, as are links to websites.
thanks,
Kim Cooper
