I with both of you on this one...Some greaseball GFR fan (looked like an
uglier, fatter Mark Farner but with 3 teeth) took a poke at me for playing
the Dolls at a record store I worked in. "Fuckin' fags!" he called 'em and
took a swing at me...Fortunately, his ability to fight was equal to his
taste in music. The rednecks that lived next door to me in Kentucky were
always blasting GFR and singing along at the top of their lungs while they
sat around and drank with their shirts off. To this day, hearing GFR drives
me into a near-homicidal rage.
