Yeah, I have that 100 Proof comp. Also found for $1.69 around the same
time I got the Gordon Jackson.. Now the reason that there isn't a proper
retrospective is because the label was owned by Gorgio Gomolsky. I don't
know how Brian Auger and Julie Driscoll escaped that can of worms, but
it goes a long way to explain the rest of the catalog being MIA. I have
a fair number of releases, but I don't know what all was on the label
besides Blossom Toes, Trinity.
As for Jade Hubertz take on the Gordon Jackson, it sound typical of a
hard core dealer. I just use my own ears on these matters. I made a lot
of money in the 80's getting rid of a lot of these "great lost albums"
that really aren't that good. Traded 'em for some good stuff!!
