The Alice bit is pretty cool, as much historically as anything else, but I
always thought it took them too damn long to emerge from under the big white
sheet. My fave part, apart from The Stooges, is the interview segment that
immediately precedes them. At one point, the reporter mentions that he's
hot and thirsty, and some hippie dude gives him a slug of what he swears is
water, but judging from the look on the hippie's face, and the giggling, I'm
betting was laced with acid. At least, I've always liked to think so. Man,
that show had the SQUAREST announcers and commentary of just about any R&R
artifact I've seen!
