[bomp] does anybody know a California band that can do this gig?

Hey Dom, 
Nice seein' you here at the mag.. I'm thinking the band is more 
Archies-style.. Like 'filler' during a chase scene? You know, where the chase scene is like 
a music video - type situation? Opening of Scooby Doo, light guitars, 
tambourines, maybe an organ. Or crazier, like Banana Splits-style....

If anyone has any idea what band can fit the bill (the gig is in Balboa),

This will be for a very cool birthday party that is loosely connected with 
the Los Angeles Conservancy's Modcom division.
