Yes, the Record Collector guide says they're British, and that's a  pretty 
reputable source...And it's on one of the 'That Drivin' Beat'  collections, and 
I would think the people who put those comps together know what  they're doing.
 
But then, 'Fuzz, Acid & Flowers' (at least the online version), also a  
reputable source, has them as a Los Angeles band. The discography in  'FA&F' does 
list some singles that the writer, Max Waller, says may or may  not be the same 
Regents, but 'Words' isn't one of those earmarked as such,  suggesting Waller 
was fairly sure 'Words' was the same band.
 
See why I'm confused? :>
 
Let me ask this...I've never heard "Worryin' Kind," only "Words." Does  
"Worryin' Kind" sound particularly British...or particularly Los  Angeles-ish?
