[bomp] Cavern Club 45s

OK, I'm hard at work on the "Live at The Cavern Club" CDs for Bomp, and was
wondering how many 45s Voxx issued as part of "The Cavern Club Series"? I
think that only the "10 Tons of Lies" 45 label carries that inscription, but
are there others I've forgotten? The Leopards' "Psychedelic Boy" 45 could
arguably be a Cavern Club-related 45, though the Voxx label doesn't mention
the series. Are there any others that do?

 

Also, anyone know for certain the date of the first (Hollywood 1985) Cavern
Club show? I have conflicting data.
