Yes indeed, in fact I do. First, buy a pink suit. Wear it whilst running 
energetically through the streets of downtown Montreal. Have accomplices 
stationed along your route playing recordings of "Move On Up" . Be sure they 
are all synchronized. At this point, you will be duplicating a scene from 
"The Groove Tube". However, your mission will be to randomly grab people by 
the lapels (provided there any any lapel wearers) and demand to know where 
the penguins have been hidden. Speak with the greatest possible urgency in 
your voice and dart your eyes around as if you're being followed. Speak in 
the stereotypical voice of a German Mad Scientist. At some point, casually 
stop at a street vendor and get something to eat, as you will need to 
maintain your strength. As you consume your food, glance at your watch and 
speed off quickly, resuming your running and random interogating.

Plan B: Tickle a Mountie.
