I lived that Dictator lyric: "I do my homework in the bar." But it was college homework. Of course, Handsome Dick himself said of college: "it was like high school, only you took a different route."

It's weird to think of communication as entertainment, but...Well, maybe
we need to ask the question differently: Can conversation be
entertainment? I sure think so. Much of the conversation in question
is enjoyable to them on some level.
