They, the Black Hollies, were the talk of the town here in St. Louis
Monday
morning after their blazing set Sunday night. We all felt as if we'd
been
transported back to Swinging London, circa '66-'67. Outstanding band and
tighter than all the "tightness" cliches you can think of. Mod style
with a
Who-meets-Creation-meets-the Pretty Things vibe.....just an all-out,
(and
NON-STOP, they take no breaks. At all.), attack.....well worth the coin
to
see 'em, imho.
Hope this helps persuade you to GO SEE 'EM!
