This seems like it would be a little easier than individual 
songs, though the first two examples that pop into my head 
aren't particularly Bomp!-ish: Kraftwerk monotoning "Meet Iggy 
Pop and David Bowie" in "Trans-Europe Express," and Cheap Trick 
singing "got my Kiss records out" in "Surrender."

It might be fun (and maybe more of a challenge) to come up with a linked 
chain of three or more bands -- for instance, if Alex Chilton had a song 
about They Might Be Giants then that could be added to the two mentioned 
above.  (Then all the DJs on the list could swipe the songs and play 'em on 
their shows!)
