Fake:

Dead Boys - Night of the living Dead Boys - it is alleged that the vocal 
tracks never appeared on the master tape forcing Mater Bator to cut them 
after the band produced the album. The audience responce is also quite a bit 
thin as well.

Cheap Trick: 'Surrender' - Kiss mentioned in the final refrain.
Stooges - THe opening od 'TV Eye' quotes 'Loose'.
Sparks: mention Yehudi Menuin in 'Ameture Hour'.
Eater: mention Lou Reed and the Velvets in the song 'No More(Bedroom Fits)'.
Germs: Darby barks something about Garbo in 'Strange Notes'.
Soft MAchine: mention Hendrix and Pink Floyd in the some BBC outtake of 
"Esther's Nose Job".
THe Snivelling Shits: "Bring me the Head of Yukio Mishima".
Iron Prostate: "Bring me the Head of Jerry Garcia".
