John lived in Hoboken in the late 80s, I believe (possibly a little later?) and was then working in advertising... not playing in bands at all. But I haven't seen him in years... for all I know, he moved back to CA... I seem to remember his girlfriend being a dancer (ballet, modern... not sure). I guess Ron Rimsite would probably know, but the San Diego gang hears from Rimsite more than those of us around NYC (and Ron lives right in our area.) Ted Friedman is once again living in San Diego, saw him Saturday at a brilliant 'Unknowns' show down here. Ted still plays guitar and has started a few bands here and there, but nothing that really stuck. David Anderson plays down here with Skid Roper in a surf band called "The Shadowcasters". John Hanrattie moved to New York w/his wife for about 5 years, then moved back about 2 years ago. He now manages a Kinkos type place and never goes out. It was a great show; the Flat Duo Jets did a very intense "Ace of Spades" and then Link did two very intense "Ace of Spades"s. He ended his show proper with some song that started out kind of cheesy and slow but as he came to the lines "You're So Young ... And Beautiful..." he stopped playing his Danelectro and growled out "And I'm So Fuckin' Old!" and then the song rocked away until he left the stage. It was wonderful.
