I'll have to take a look at that sleeve when I get home tonight... I don't
remember a pic of an old street gang -- unless it's the 'tators themselves!

DFFD has been a Dictators slogan, or whatever you'd call it, since way back
when.  I know I've seen Dictators t-shirts with that on it; maybe it's just
an old Dictators shirt.

think anyone will mistake Kim Fowley for an important (or great) musical artist.
 I don't know much about him either, and I was fishing for insights from other
Bompers.  I was surprised to find some decent garage rock cuts on this disc. 
The Zappaesque tracks are Bad Early Mothers of Invention.  The writer of the
liner notes makes some hay about Fowley's membership in the Mothers (but I don't
remember the particulars).  On balance, there's enough of interest that I'm
inclined to keep the disc.  I don't think it will be to everyone's taste.
