I've never heard about it before but would sure like to get my hands on it. Vince Taylor made somewhat of a cameo in the recent biography of Syd Barrett 'Lost in the Woods'. It seems he visited the flat that Syd and a heap of others were living in in Cromwell Road London about 1967. My two cents: I really like the tone of old Ampeg amps...the Reverbrocket and the Gemini I or II both have excellent, deep reverb, better than any Fender built-in 'verb IMHO. The Geminis also have very good tremelo. Beware of the reissues of these amps: they sound nothing like the originals, though they still have great reverb.
