As much fun as we've had at the Kirkland,I think this was the best show yet-THE LAST ONES!!! BLACK MOSETTES!!! LADY KENSINGTON AND THE BEAT LORDS!!! AND THE MIGHTY MIGHTY RIGHTEOUS LYRES!!! True, I just recently said "The Kirkland will always be my HEART and my HOME BASE!" It looks like this fickle SLUT has already found a new HEART AND HOME at the Abbey Lounge-that sweet little sweat box(I didn't bother with the ever present war paint as it'd only MELT!!! And yes,I wore jeans not my usual minis cos I was RUNNING straight from the day job! Oh,I will get all dolled up next time!!!)Anyhow,the Kirkland IS closing and a modern girl like NON-STOP NANCY NEON can't very well just sit home alone waitin' by da phone on date night number two,NOW CAN SHE?!)Anyhoo,I LOVE SKINNY MIKE and I LOVE MICHELLE(GATEKEEPER EXTRORDINAIRE AND COOL ROCKIN' SOUNDMAN DJ KEVIN AND I LOVE THE ABBEY LOUNGE... I hope they will in September give me a regular Saturday like every first or third Saturday. Right now,they ARE presenting my  JULY 21 show with LYRES/CLASSIC RUINS/RED INVASION(plus one) and my birthday show,August 18(I'd like to recreate last years b'day bill with LYRES/PRIME MOVERS/CLASSIC RUINS/RADIO KNIVES  maybe with a few extra like BLACK MOSETTES/LADY K AND CO./and THE BRIGANDS- we could start at 5 pm,I guess.Oh yeah,I got August 17 at SKYBAR,so I'll do Artie Sniederman's reunited ACTION/LADY K/BLACK MOSETTES/BRIGANDS there!!!(Sorry Randy I gave you,August 17 to book,but YOUR TIME IS COMING!!!) LUV & SMOOCHES, A VERY HAPPY  UP AT 5:13 SHOULDA BEEN A FARMER'S DAUGHTER,NON-STOP NANCY NEON XXXOOO...
