Yeah, they definitely played the Dive at least once. I'm fairly sure it was sometime around Labor Day weekend of '85, although I could be wrong on that. I'm pretty sure the only constant in the band was leader Mick Divvens. Drummer Johnny Bernardo also played with the (group called) Lyres. When playing "Teach Me To Forget", the CD seems to stop and then the recording speeds up - was this how the original vinyl sounded? Also there seems to be a scratch type sound on "I've Been Loving You So Long", although IMO this seems to have been a deliberate effect, but I'm not 100% sure. If anyone could answer this question for me, I'd appreciate it - if the disc ISN'T defective it'll save me quite a bit of gas money!
